We are searching for a highly motivated and results-oriented Manufacturing Project Manager to play a critical role in exceeding customer expectations.

As the customers champion within our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing projects from conception to completion, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery while maintaining the highest quality standards.

You will be responsible for:
Building strong relationships with customers and serving as their primary point of contact for project updates and support.

Leading cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones and ensure successful contract execution.

Analyzing project requirements and making strategic "make vs. buy" decisions that optimize cost, schedule, and technical feasibility.

Proactively managing supplier relationships by soliciting quotes and managing off-loaded operations.

Partnering with business development and estimating teams to create winning proposals.

We are looking for a candidate with:

5-10 years of experience in project management or planning within a manufacturing environment.

A solid understanding of engineering principles, manufacturing processes, and workflows, with a focus on machining and fabrication (aerospace experience a plus).

Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage internal and external stakeholders.

Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in project management tools (Microsoft Project), ERP/MRP systems, and Excel.

A Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).

The ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment and manage challenging situations with a positive attitude.
