    We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Registered Nurse to join our team as the Director of Women and Infant Services at Saint Agnes Medical Center in Fresno, California.

    In this key leadership role, you will oversee the delivery of exceptional care to women and infants while providing strategic direction and operational oversight for our Women and Infant Services department.

    *Pay: * $ $110.24/hour (salaried $152,880 - $229,300)

    *Shift:
    • Typically, Monday – Friday, 24-hour accountability for all service line operations
    *Responsibilities:

    • Reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer, Executive Management, the position is responsible for the ongoing operations, short- and long-term planning and development and articulation of the version of the service line.
    • Development, management, and utilization of financial, material, and human resources
    • Strategic planning and integrated program development within the service.
    • Establish a positive working relationship with leadership, physicians, and community partners sufficient to encourage service growth.
    *Must Haves:

    • California RN license
    • BLS certification
    • 5 years acute care WIS nursing experience
    • 5 years WIS management and administrative experience
    • Budgeting and management, negotiation and conflict resolution, HR management and strategic planning skills required.
