    We're looking for a highly motivated individual with a strong background in electrical engineering or a related field. You'll be responsible for leading complex programs, applying innovation, and learning new technologies to represent the organization as a technical Subject Matter Expert.

    The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of satellite communications systems design, integration, and operation, including RF, antenna, baseband handling, digital processing, control and monitor processing, and network communication. They will also possess excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal skills, with the ability to work with a global team to bring all system components together.

    This is a full-time position with an estimated annual salary range of $140,000-$180,000, depending on experience. As a member of our team, you'll enjoy a dynamic work environment that includes working with changing needs and requirements.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for designing, developing, integrating, testing, operating, and maintaining both new and existing ground systems.
    • Analyzing complex satellite communications requirements, space and ground equipment specifications, and performance requirements to identify and document compliant end-to-end solutions.
    • Working with hardware, software, and customer organizations across the satellite industry, translating customer and system requirements into actual technical solutions.
    • Defining, scheduling, and assigning tasks, and monitoring completion to validate system-of-systems concepts, system concepts, and subsystem concepts by inspection, analysis, test, and demonstration to assure that the system architecture and design concepts satisfy the intent of the customer requirements.
    • Coordinating with management and peers to ensure the integrity of high-quality operational products, including procedures, tools, detailed event logging, and system configuration.
    • Leading highly complex programs, applying innovation, learning new technologies, and representing the organization as a technical Subject Matter Expert.
    • Participating in a weekly rotation of on-call (24/7) subject matter expert support to maintain satellite and ground system operations and provide customer-facing anomaly resolution.
