    Bachelor's degree.

    A minimum of four years of progressively responsible experience in developing and implementing IT initiatives, strategic planning and establishing business requirements is required.

    OR A minimum of four years of experience in HR operations, such as recruitment/hiring, payroll, employee benefits or Labor to include IT applications or systems is required.

    Additional work related experience will substitute for the required education on a year-for-year basis.
