    COMPENSATION:

    $19.84 p/hr





    HOURS:

    Full-time/12 months - Benefits Eligible
    37.5 Hours p/week, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.





    DESCRIPTION:

    Perform secretarial duties for the Human Resources Department.

    Responsibilities may include data entry, maintaining accurate records, providing detailed reports, and processing HR-related documentation within the HR/Payroll system as directed.

    Must work as a team member and exercise good judgment, prioritize tasks, and communicate effectively orally and in writing. Excellent computer, organizational, communication and interpersonal skills required. All other duties as assigned.


    REQUIREMENTS:

    Excellent technology skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Candidate must be confidential in all matters, able to exercise good judgment, prioritize tasks and communicate effectively. Must work well with parents, students and staff and possess good interpersonal and organization skills. High school diploma required; secretarial experience preferred.
