Responsibilities
- Perform laser hair removal, skin rejuvenation, and other esthetic laser treatments with precision and care, following all safety protocols
- Assist clients in selecting appropriate treatments based on their individual needs and goals
- Maintain a clean, sanitized treatment area in accordance with health regulations and salon standards
- Educate clients on post-treatment care, expected results, and safety precautions
- Manage appointment scheduling and client records using salon software such as MINDBODY or similar platforms
- Support the team with body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatments, dermabrasion, makeup application, nail care, hair threading, and other beauty services as needed
- Uphold the highest standards of sanitation and professionalism during all procedures
Skills
- Proven experience in retail sales of skincare or beauty products is a plus
- Skilled in esthetic laser treatments with proper certification or training
- Familiarity with salon management software like MINDBODY or similar systems
- Knowledge of body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatments, dermabrasion, makeup application, barbering techniques, nail care, and skin sanitation practices
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients
- Ability to perform hair threading and other facial hair removal techniques confidently
- Understanding of health regulations related to sanitation and safety standards in beauty services
- A cosmetology license or relevant certification is preferred but not mandatory if training is provided
