Women's Acrobatics & Tumbling Graduate Fellowship
Augustana University (SD) is seeking qualified applicants for an Athletics Marketing and Fan Experience Graduate Fellowship position, 12-month Master's in Sports Administration and Leadership program, averaging 15 hours per week, within our Athletics Department.
Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Assist the head coach in the coordination of administrative areas of program management including, but not limited to, scheduling of competitions and practices, travel plans, and equipment.
• Analyze performance and instruct athletes in techniques and strategies in preparation for and during athletics competition.
• Assist program with all phases of competitive NCAA and NSIC compliant recruiting.
• Execute practice planning/evaluation, including video coordination and breakdown.
• Manage equipment usage.
• Complete other duties as assigned by the Head Coach or Administrative Personnel.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• Ability to gain entrance into Augustana University Graduate Program

Preferred Qualifications:

• Acrobatics and Tumbling Experience
