    Job Description:1. Developing and configuring automation and ensuring continuous delivery of NCR's Software Solutions.2. Creating and maintaining test scripts to ensure the application is validated per automation test strategy and addresses customer requirements;3. Using test frameworks and tools to run automated test scripts and manage the test environment;4. Making recommendations on corrections for automation testing failure;5. Ensuring Continuous Improvement of NCR's Software Solutions;6. Applying new industry-leading practices to improve productivity & efficiency;7. Taking ownership & responsibility for solving problems;8. Applying novel & efficient ways of working to continuously improve solutions;9. Software quality design and assurance;10. Understanding and utilizing a variety of testing tools & frameworks;11. Conducting testing to confirm the product is reliable, accurate, consistent, and durable;12. Contributing to test scripts and test cases that successfully meet the functional & non-functional requirements;13. Software design and development;14. Consulting with internal (including cross-functional) stakeholders to gather understanding of domain, customer & strategic requirements;15. Translating requirements & user stories into software design;16. Developing, customizing, or configuring software & selecting design patterns to meet customer needs;17. Building a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle including unit testing;18. Applying software engineering best practices to improve quality of software development lifecycle;19. Trouble shooting and implementing solutions;20. Analyzing customers' problems & engaging in initial diagnosis;21. Utilizing basic techniques & tools to investigate possible resolutions to solve issues;22. Determining the best possible solution for basic problems and quickly implementing solutions to reduce downtime for customers;23. Generating appropriate documentation for proper ongoing support & maintenance of software modules installed in production environment; and24. Other duties as assigned.25. Position may be eligible for part-time telecommuting.


    Job Requirements:
    Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent* in Computer Science or a related technical field and 4 years of experience with systems analysis and/or development


    Experience must include:


    4 years of experience performing routine design and development of software systems or applications for enhancements and new products.4 years of experience assisting in the implementation and testing of project plans for new technology and enhancements.4 years of experience supporting the completion of design requirements, ensuring efficiency, and offering improvement suggestions.4 years of experience supporting the evaluation of current application or system architecture to determine areas that need improvement or expanded functionality.4 years of experience assisting with coding of programs based on system enhancements, modification requests, or new design specifications.4 years of experience supporting the activities of assigned projects and ensuring tasks were performed with efficiency and quality.4 years of experience identifying, monitoring, and conducting testing to assess conformity of design to specifications, resolving requirements and design conflicts.

    ORMaster's Degree or foreign equivalent* in Computer Science or a related technical field and 2 years of experience with systems analysis and/or development


    Experience must include:
