    Job Overview:
    Nikkiso Cryoquip is a leading manufacturer of heat exchangers, liquefiers, and vaporizers for the LNG and industrial gases industry. Applications include fueling stations, marine engines, peak shaving, power generation, virtual pipelines, and well stimulation.


    Responsibilities:
    Implements safety and accident prevention policies in compliance with local, state, and federal rules and regulations.

    Evaluates workplace environments, equipment, and practices to ensure compliance with safety standards and government regulations.

    Conducts safety training and demonstrates the use of safety equipment.

    Investigates accidents to identify cause and determine how such accidents might be prevented in the future.


    Serve in an advisory capacity to management and liaison with OSHA inspections and correspondence or with other department/entities (internal or external) as required.

    Represents the company in community and industry safety groups, programs, and conferences.

    Keeps abreast of current developments of training, safety, and accident prevention programs.

    Maintains records and assembling reports on lost time accidents.

    Implements hazardous material control.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree or 5 years of equivalent education/safety experience.

    Related safety engineering certifications.

    Five years of safety engineering experience

    Proactive, Initiative taking.

    Technical Capacity.

    Organizational Skills.

    Strategic Thinking.

    Problem Solving/Analysis.
