Job DescriptionAs a Business Analyst , youll impact the lives of everyday people and help them go from surviving to thriving with innovative digital personal finance solutions.

In this position, you will be providing project support to multiple ongoing projects for the Continuous Improvement team.

You will rotate through a variety of areas to gain insight into how financial services operational business units function and contribute to the overall success of the company.

How Youll Contribute:
Analyze business goals, objectives, and needsUpdating process docs, scheduling meetings, data gathering/analysisProcess mapping/Process flow creationHelp plan and design business processes and make recommendations for improvementsPerform research and analysis in support of the operationsAssist in resolving business issues using systems and dataEstimate cost and benefits of multiple actions and/or solutions and provide recommendationsHelp launch new initiatives

Salary Range :
$65,000 to $75,000 annually + bonus + benefits. This information represents the expected salary range for this role. Should we decide to make an offer for employment, we'll consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.
