    Required Qualifications

    Physical Therapist (PT) License

    BLS Certifications

    Two years of recent Physical Therapist experience

    Strong communication and adaptability skills.

    Job Description

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in physical therapy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. They will be responsible for evaluating patients' physical abilities, developing individualized treatment plans, and administering therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve mobility, strength, and function. The Physical Therapist will also educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques for home management, collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate comprehensive patient care, and document patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
