Description

City Experiences is seeking a Seasonal Ticket Agent for our Riverlink Ferry operation in Philadelphia.

The Ticket Agent performs ticket sales for the RiverLink ferry operation and applicable cash handing, all while providing an exceptional customer service experience to ferry riders.

Perform daily inspections of the dock and passenger waiting area near the vessel to ensure cleanliness and safety; take immediate corrective action as necessary
Responsible for handling money and balancing deposits/money bags; perform deposits within guidelines provided by General Manager
Ensure required administrative forms are completed clearly and accurately
Copy of DD214, if Veteran status
Basic computer skills
Minimum one-year cash handling experience, preferably in retail environment
Familiar with cash registers
