Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our team.

As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining computer numerically controlled (CNC) machines to produce high-quality parts and components.

This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement

Duties:

• Set up and operate CNC machines according to blueprints, specifications, and work instructions
• Load raw materials into the machine and monitor the machining process - Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments to ensure they meet quality standards
• Make adjustments to machine settings as needed to maintain accuracy and efficiency
• Perform routine maintenance on machines, such as cleaning and lubricating
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during production - Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a CNC Operator or in a similar role
• Proficient in Fanuc controls and CAM programming
• Strong knowledge of machining processes, including milling, turning, drilling, etc. - Familiarity with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)
• Mechanical aptitude and understanding of basic math principles
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Experience with welding or fabrication is a plus
• Familiarity with press brake machines is a plus
• Proficient in the use of hand tools

Pay Details: $20.00 to $30.00 per hour
