    POSITION SUMMARY:

    The Marketing Intern will support the Marketing + Creative team by assisting with key marketing initiatives, leasing tours, events, and assist with planning/content gathering for corporate social media accounts. This position will work directly with the team's Marketing Assistant and Associate Specialist - Brand Experience, and report to Associate Marketing Manager.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

    1. Support Brand Experience and Asset Management with programming, planning and execution of events, leasing tours, and giveaways. Including local travel, setting up boards and program collateral, printing brochures/flyers, sourcing and setting up refreshments, and organizing storage space.
    2. Assist Marketing + Creative team with planning and developing content calendar for corporate social media accounts, as well as updating amenity sheets.
    SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Other job-related duties as assigned.
    QUALIFICATIONS;
    • Junior or senior in College/University majoring in marketing is preferred.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.
    • Working knowledge in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and Outlook) and ability to learn company software.
