    SUMMARY:
    This position will be primarily responsible for supporting the shared service center. The shared service center is the first line of contact for managers or employees HR related questions.


    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
    Provide exemplary customer service to employees, managers, and the HR Team.

    Exemplary customer service will be demonstrated through conflict mitigation, providing appropriate and timely answers to questions, escalating unresolved concerns through the "ticket system" for resolution.

    Monitoring ticket issue resolution when assigned for timeliness.
    Remain proficient and current in all HR Disciplines to ensure optimal problem resolution and service.

    The functional areas will include but not limited to; recruiting, open positions, on-boarding, HRIS/Timekeeping/ESS utilization, policies, documents, payroll questions or complaints.

    Respond to employee needs in a timely manner including: Paycom password & security question resets, username, reallocating sick to PTO, direct deposit and pay card issues.

    As assigned, manage the timely and accurate on-boarding and document management for new hires and rehires including drug screens/ physicals and employment verification.

    Manage E-verify process for all assigned hires and rehires, communicate Tentative Non-Confirmations, follow-up and communicate to HRM any pending issues for resolution on a timely basis.

    Ensure confirmation receipt is recorded.
    Develop process and documentation exception reporting to address concerns within no more than 48 hours to the respective HRM.

    Review and validate the proper compliance of all background checks including but not limited to; executed authorizations, FCRA notices, and submission of background check in accordance with the matrix and position along with the proper and timely handling of findings.

    Collaborate with Sr. HRM or VP of HR regarding reportable findings that may require adverse actions.
    Manage and respond to all unemployment claims in a timely manner. Collaborate with HRM for documentation needs on a timely basis.
    Process and file all documents within 48 hours of receipt.
    Maintenance of documents and policies/procedures in the master repository, as needed.
    Administer all employment practices and policies in strict compliance with Federal, State and Local Law.
    Special projects and assignments as business dictates.

    Responsible for the maintenance, creation and control of all personally identifiable information or any other information protected by any Confidentiality or Privacy Standards or Company Policies that you have access or knowledge of, including but not limited to any state or federal regulations including HIPPA.

    WORK ENVIRONMENT
    Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
    Knowledge of state/federal laws and regulations pertaining to labor, benefits and compensation preferred.
