    We are looking for you to join our team as an Associate IT Asset Management Analyst / IT Asset Management Analyst based out of San Diego, CA.

    What You'll get to Do:

    Maintain smooth operation of multi-user computer systems, including coordination with network administrators.
    Interact with user and evaluate vendor products.
    Make recommendations to purchase hardware and software + coordinate installation and provide backup recovery.
    Develop and monitor policies and standards for allocation related to the use of computing resources.

    Ancillary duties may include setting up administrator and service accounts, maintaining system documentation, tuning system performance, installing system wide software and allocating mass storage space.

    Basic Qualifications for

    Bachelor's Degree from an accredited University/College and 0 years of related experience; an additional 4 years of relevant experience can be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree.

    Experience with Microsoft Excel (i.e. lookups and pivot tables)
    Experience with Microsoft Word (i.e. updating process documentation)
    Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
    Basic Qualifications for

    IT Asset Management Analyst

    Bachelor's Degree from an accredited University/College and 3 years of related experience, or a Master's with 1 year of related experience; an additional 4 years of relevant experience can be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree.

    Experience with Microsoft Excel (i.e. lookups and pivot tables)
    Experience with Microsoft Word (i.e. updating process documentation)
    Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
    Preferred
    Qualifications:

    Experience with licensing SW concepts
    Proficiency with Excel (i.e. macros)
    Experience with budget forecasting, management, and tracking
    Familiarity with purchasing process (i.e. creating PR's, PO's, and invoicing)
    Networking experience (i.e. identifying alternate suppliers for best cost efficiency)
    Salary Range:

    $59,600 - $89,400
    Salary Range 2:

    $72,100 - $108,100

    The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

    Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.

    In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
