    Qualifications:

    • Strong knowledge of procedures, equipment, and industry best practices.
    • Exceptional organizational and leadership skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
    • Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenges effectively.
    • Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for scheduling and reporting.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Certification in Facilities Management or related field.
    • Previous experience working with a variety of clients.
