Scope of Work:
provides episodic, preventative, and acute health care to patients; conducts histories and physical exams, develops treatment plans and educates on medical issues; evaluates effectiveness of medical care and monitors progress of patients, participates in development of annual health center goals and objectives; maintains medical records; administer health programs
