    Packaging Engineer Manager

    Joining forces This role requires your physical presence on-site, and we are seeking individuals who are as enthusiastic as we are.
    Key Responsibilities
    • Create innovative packaging designs through collaboration with various departments to ensure top-quality and improvements to Uline's packaging.
    • Oversee and perform tests to guarantee that packaging modifications integrate smoothly with our manufacturing partners.
    • Collaborate with warehouse and product managers to enhance vendor packaging strategies.
    • Conduct comprehensive audits and evaluations with warehouse teams to ensure that our packaging standards maintain superior quality throughout all Uline sites.
    Essential Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in packaging, engineering, or a related field.
    • At least 7 years of experience in packaging engineering, quality control, or product management.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Familiarity with Access.
    • Ability to travel to Uline's various North American locations or vendor sites as required.
