    D3 Search is actively recruiting the following Associate Attorney for a well-established, highly respected & growing litigation practice located in Encino, CA

    Position Title:

    Associate Attorney | 3-7 years litigation experience is REQUIRED.

    Location | Map:

    Encino, CA

    Employment Status:

    Full-time | direct hire employment opportunity. Exempt role.

    Employer Work Model:

    Employer prefers an onsite work model (Monday - Friday) but will flex to hybrid over time.

    Summary:

    An SFV-based and results-oriented litigation practice, focused on offering personalized service to their clients in order to achieve the best possible outcome, seeks to add an Associate Attorney to their tenured ranks.

    Whether the firm is called upon to negotiate and resolve disputes pre-litigation or to litigate a case through trial, the firms focus is always on achieving the client's objectives through the most efficient and economic means possible. Where pre-litigation resolution is not feasible, the firm believes in taking a proactive approach to litigation.

    This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Associate Attorney who is able to work within a busy and fast-paced team environment.

    Qualifications:

    • JD degree from reputable/respected ABA-approved program.
    • Admitted & in good standing with the CA Bar.
    • 3-7 years litigation experience required.
    • Interest in defending professionals in liability claims as well as handling employment claims, insurance coverage matters, and complex commercial litigation cases.
    • Excellent legal research, writing, and verbal communication skills.
    • Exceptional attention to detail.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.

    Salary/Compensation:

    Salary is 175K+/- (DOE/DOQ).

    Annual Billable Goals:

    Annual billable hrs. target/goal/expectation is 2000 hours.
