    Housekeeping Manager

    Location: Cincinnati, OH

    Our beautiful nursing home is nestled in the heart of Cincinnati, OH, and we are committed to offering the highest quality of care to our senior residents. We understand the importance of cleanliness and the impact it has on our residents' well-being. That's why we are searching for a dedicated Housekeeping Manager to join our team.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and motivate the housekeeping team, providing guidance and training to maintain a high level of performance.
    • Oversee daily cleaning and sanitation tasks, ensuring that all areas of the nursing home are consistently clean and well-maintained.
    • Manage housekeeping supplies and equipment, ordering necessary items to ensure efficient operations.
    • Conduct regular inspections to ensure that cleanliness standards are met and maintained, taking corrective action when necessary.
    • Ensure compliance with all safety and sanitation regulations and protocols.
    • Assist in the development and management of the housekeeping budget.

    Qualifications:

    Previous experience in housekeeping management, preferably in a healthcare or senior living environment.

    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
    • Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation best practices.
    • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
    • Strong communication skills.
