The Teller I works in a TD Store location and plays a key role in delivering legendary customer experiences while processing everyday banking transactions with accuracy and efficiency while also educating customers on TD's products and services or referring them to a partner for specialized solutions.Responsibilities
- Performs customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan and safe deposit box payments efficiently
- Processes cash transactions such as cashing checks verifying currency balancing cash drawer night deposits with high level of accuracy
- Responds to resolves customer inquiries concerns using standard procedures escalating management as necessary
- Makes sound decisions provides timely problem resolution escalating difficult issues management Ensures compliance when completing operational activities company guidelines regulations minimize risk protect the customer Verifies customers' identities following authentication policies procedures Balances Automated Teller machines (ATMs) Teller Cash Dispensers (TCDs)/Teller Cash Recyclers (TCRs)
