    Description

    ADS Administrative Coordinator

    This role supports the smooth operation of Adult Day Services by managing daily administrative tasks, supervising office staff, coordinating schedules and ensuring timely submission of payroll and documentation.

    • Supervise, train and assign duties to administrative staff.
    • Pprepare and manage office schedules, calendars and supply orders.

    The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills (Word, Excel), organizational abilities and communication skills. A Bachelor's degree is preferred or an Associate's degree with 2+ years of experience in a similar role can be substituted for education requirements.

    • Candidates must have excellent proficiency in Word, Excel and Therap software
