    Description
    Responsibilities:
    • Site Coordinators needed to provide a safe, fun and educational environment for the school-age program, Before and
    • after school program participants.
    • Must be able to manage large groups of students and have knowledge of school-aged programming.
    • Strong communication, supervisory and organizational skills.
    • Plans weekly program of activities that include implementation of Curriculum
    • Directs supervision of all staff in the center which includes daily guidance and assistance with staff evaluations
    • Provides appropriate discipline and direct management of all children according to the written policy
    • Assures activities are safe and fun for staff.
    • Actively facilitates activities with children
    • Establishes positive rapport with parents, staff, school faculty and school principal
    • Effectively maintains all school and equipment, supplies and inventories
    • Maintains records and data on each child and employee
    • Collects fees and implements site budget
    • Monitors complete and submit all attendance requirements for the site to the Regional Director
    • Attends all staff meetings and training sessions, including state-mandated courses
    • Maintains cleanliness & organization of school site and facilities
    • Effectively handles all emergency incidents that occur in the program, using mature sound judgment
    • Maintains standards for School-Aged programs, as well as state licensing and central agency requirements
    • Promotes and markets ALL programs, encourages family participation
    • Minimum 21 years of age with a high school diploma or GED and completion of all mandatory child care training MODs.

    Must also have six early childhood credits from an accredited university or hold a CDA, CDA equivalent, or Directors' credential.
    • Minimum one-year experience in a before or after school setting.
    • First Aid, CPR & AED required.
    • Part-time schedule, approximately 34 hours/week.
    • Pre-employment drug screen and clear background check required
