    About Us

    The Plymouth House is looking for Nurses to join our team.

    The Plymouth House is a 48-Bed Residential Treatment facility located in Plymouth, NH. Our agency serves individuals with substance use disorder in need of residential treatment services. We offer a rewarding environment for our employees.     The Nurse is responsible for all Nursing related services for each resident and for linking patients to the physicians and to outside medical resources. The Nurse is a vital part of the Interdisciplinary Team and will communicate when necessary to inform the clinical team about any medical or nursing issues that arise with the resident. The position will be under the Director of Nursing. This position provides for medical screens, routine nursing care and overseeing the medical and psychiatric management of the patient in coordination with the attending physician.

    Requirements

    • LPN in the State of New Hampshire
    • Must be willing to apply for the multi-state license if not already obtained

    Responsibilities
    • Identify patients care requirements, focus on their needs and act on them
    • Nurture a compassionate environment by providing psychological support
    • Resolve or report on patients needs or problems
    • Prepare patients for examinations and perform routine diagnostic checks (monitor pulse, blood pressure and temperature, provide drugs and injections etc)
    • Monitor and record patients condition and document provided care services
    • Provide emotional and psychological support when needed
    • Communicate with patients family or friends to provide advice, comfort and release instructions
    • Follow care regulations and standards
    • Work within and cooperate with a multidisciplinary team
    Job Types: Full-time Day

    Pay: $30-$46 per hour [$3,000 BONUS; Payout: $1500 at 6mo and 12mo]
