- Able to interpret data from medical records and assessment findings to finalize the questionnaire and formulate medical opinions.
- Proficient in time management, capable of staying focused and meeting deadlines.
- Must possess a current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license.
- Adept at utilizing a computer.
- Must possess a current, unrestricted NP license.
- Initial training and ongoing support will be provided

Work can be carried out by a Nurse Practitioner
We are currently seeking the right Nurse Practitioner to conduct medical evaluations on United States Veterans as part of the VA's disability benefits process.
When performing Disability Assessments, you will examine medical records electronically via a web portal and conduct a focused, face-to-face physical assessment on each Veteran.
You will digitally record the examination findings required by the VA through the web portal.
The Nurse Practitioner does not participate in disability determinations. The United States Veterans Administration is responsible for all disability determinations.
This role is solely focused on completing Disability Assessments for Veterans. There will be no treatment or medication prescription involved in this role.
It involves conducting Disability Assessments for 3-5 Veterans daily.
Schedule Full-Time Mon-Fri (8am-4pm)
This is an ON-SITE position.
