    Job Title: Remote Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - School Setting (1099 Contractor)

    Company Overview: We are a leading educational organization dedicated to providing high-quality speech and language services to students in the school setting. We are seeking a talented and passionate Remote Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team on a 1099 contract basis. This remote position allows you to work from the comfort of your own home while making a meaningful impact on the lives of students across the country.

    Job Summary: As a Remote SLP, you will provide comprehensive speech and language assessments, evaluations, and interventions to students in the school setting. You will collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address students' specific communication needs. This position offers flexibility and autonomy, allowing you to manage your own caseload and schedule.

    Job Details:

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct virtual speech and language assessments to identify students' communication disorders or delays
    • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to meet each student's unique needs and goals
    • Provide virtual direct therapy sessions to students, utilizing evidence-based strategies and interventions
    • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication goals in the academic environment
    • Monitor student progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and maintain accurate and timely documentation
    • Participate in virtual team meetings, consultations, and professional development activities
    • On-site Paraprofessionals and Speech Language Pathology Assistants to facilitate remote therapy

    Qualifications:

    • Graduate of an accredited university with an MA, or M.S. in communication disorders that is recognized by ASHA.
    • 2 years of experience in schools
    • Holds current license and/or registration in the state (flexible)
