    We're seeking a future team member for the role of Tax Operations Strategy, VIce President to join our Global Custody Operations team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, hybrid role minimally 3 days in office.

    In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
    • Coordinates and leads significant tax regulatory changes, platform changes and new business initiatives.
    • Analyzes and defines business requirements and functional or operational specifications. Formulates and defines system scope and objectives.
    • Able to collaborate with all relevant stakeholders effectively to achieve all program objectives.
    • Sets achievable timelines for programs and drives others to achieve
    • Able to actively remove blockers, present solutions to functional problems and program obstacles.
    • Proactively escalate project plan changes and potential risks through status reporting.
    • Able to think strategically. Solution problems with Client experience in mind.
    • Able to challenge current processes to increase scalability and reduce risk.
    • Supports testing of new or enhanced applications and/or systems. Tasks include case development, requirement traceability analysis, test preparation, script writing, and functional test execution. Identifies areas for improvement and works with technology teams to improve applications for business use.
    • Oversees small team of Operations strategy analysts.


    To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
    • Bachelors degree in a business discipline or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
    • 5-7 years of total work experience and 0-1 years of management experience preferred.
    • Ability to collaborate across multiple groups and locations in a matrixed organization is required.
    • Innovative mindset with process improvement experience required.
    • Tax or Income knowledge, education, and/or experience is preferred.
    • Knowledge of JIRA, user story creation, and business requirements documentation is preferred.
    • Prior experience with data and/or business analysis and/or project management is preferred.
    • Leadership experience preferred (minimally 2 years)
