    We are seeking a Community Outreach Specialist with knowledge or experience in community outreach for personal assistance services (or primary home care.)

    The Community Outreach Specialist contributes to the development of the agency by identifying opportunities for agency growth, increasing customer satisfaction, and supervising the provision of personal assistance services provided to agency clients.

    Primary responsibilities for the position include:

    • Identify prospective clients for agency services.
    • Interacts with clients, caregivers and other members of the community to assess customer satisfaction.
    • Develop and implement programs to expand the agency's community outreach.
    • Participate in community awareness programs, such as health fairs and other related events.
    • Build relationships on behalf of the agency with local doctors' offices, community centers, and senior living facilities.
    • Conduct in-person supervisory visits at the client's residence.
    • Supervise personal assistance services to ensure services are provided to all clients in accordance with their established service plan.

    Note: This position does not include any social media or digital marketing.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree required.
    • One year in marketing or community outreach is preferred.
    • Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.

    We are looking for an individual who is comfortable interacting with Medicaid qualified clients and senior care facilities of all kinds.

    You must have reliable transportation and be able to use your personal vehicle to conduct field visits; mileage reimbursement is provided. Newly Updated Mileage Reimbursement
