PART TIME / FULL TIME positions available starting at $16 per hour (non-experienced) / $18 per hour (with experience) plus bonus opportunities and room for growth Paid Training, Work Outdoors, Work Vehicle with fuel card (while on the clock), Team Celebrations, No Nights, No-Major Holidays, Year-round employment for high-performing technicians.

Service Technicians travel to customer homes to clean pools, ensure proper water chemistry, verify pool equipment is 100% functional.

What Our Technicians Do

• Test water chemistry & add chemicals as needed.
• Vacuum & skim pool.
• Ensure a clean pool deck.
• Inspect pool equipment & perform minor repairs.
• Offer best in class customer service.

Job Requirements

• Reliable and demonstrate initiative.
• Accountable and Responsible in fulfilling daily responsibilities.
• Customer Service mindset: confident, professional, friendly.
• Enjoy being outdoors and doing physical work.
• Valid drivers license (company vehicle provided). Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including some Saturdays (as needed).

Previous pool experience and/or mechanically inclined helpful but not required. We provide on-the-job training. We actively seek college students, transitioning military personnel & veterans.
