    Description

    As a sales and marketing assistant you will provide clerical and organizational support to Goodin's sales and marketing teams. You will work in a fast-paced environment to process paperwork, claims, and maintain the email box. You will also handle questions and requests from sales representatives and customers.

    Responsibilities

    Marketing Support:
    • Oversee incentive programs by processing registrations for new dealers, maintain accurate databases and file paperwork correctly
    • Oversee incentive programs and reports quarterly, monthly and biannually
    • Be the point of contact for customer and sales representatives about dealer programs
    • Work with vendors on marketing needs to help advertise their business
    • Submit all Goodin claims to ensure co-op funds are utilized in the specified time frame based on vendor guidelines
    • Submit monthly general ledger reports to support marketing manager account for and track marketing and sales expenses
    • Partner with marketing associate on projects and extra tasks
    • Monitoring email box(es) and respond to all requests in a timely manner
    Sales Support:
    • Organize and plan dealer meetings
    • Customer appreciation event planning and execution
    • Submit claims to vendors for customer appreciation events
    • Use an ERP system to invoice and credit customers for promotions, trips, and events
    • Be the main contact for vendor portals and sites
    • Work with sales managers and other sales leadership to schedule factory tours and trips for internal sales team and their customers
    • Partner with marketing team on submitting gift orders for sales representative through chosen vendors
    • Gather and process customer Christmas gift orders for Goodin's sales representatives
    • Other tasks as requested by sales and marketing leadership
    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications (required):
    • Hands on experience with CRM software
    • Intermediate-High skills in Excel and PowerPoint
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
    • Ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external customers
    • Great interpersonal skills with the ability to connect and develop solid working relationships within the organization
    • Cultivate relationships to foster trust and partnerships with our sales and marketing teams
    • Have a creative and open-mind to new ideas and processes
    • Be a problem solver
    • Ability to work under strict deadlines
    • Ability to be flexible and adaptable to unexpected situations
    • Exceptional customer service skills
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience working in a sales or marketing environment preferred
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
