    Our growing team is looking for a trustworthy, experienced Senior Pool Technician This is a full-time position with competitive pay and healthcare compensation. Pay is based on experience and we offer advancement opportunities for reliable, high-performing technicians with strong technical and interpersonal skills.

    We provide ongoing cleaning, maintenance and minor repair services to residential customers in North Dallas, Park Cities and Plano. Pool Scouts mantra is Perfect Pools, Scouts Honor, which we deliver by providing exceptional customer experience to a strong and growing client base.

    Full time position, Monday-Friday day shift
    • Service and maintain residential pools in our Dallas, Park Cities and Plano service areas
    • Drive a company-issued vehicle to complete assigned services
    • Use of technology (smartphone) to record and track daily activities
    • Focus on excellent customer experience

    What Our Technicians Do
    • Treat each service visit with customer satisfaction in mind
    • Perform on-site pool maintenance and one-time services
    • Maintain equipment and chemical stock levels in company vehicle
    • Update customer pool records, report any pool issues to management
    • Test water chemistry and add chemicals as needed
    • Vacuum, skim, brush pools and empty pool baskets
    • Backwash filters, check pool equipment
    • Other duties as assigned
    Job Requirements
    • Solid knowledge of chemical readings and pool water balancing
    • Experience with a variety of pool services such as filter cleans, green-to-cleans, other one-time pool services
    • Customer service mindset: confident, professional, friendly
    • Hard-working with a positive attitude and initiative
    • Reliable to work according to schedule, based on mutual respect amongst the team
    • Some heavy lifting (could be 50+ lbs)
    • Enjoy being outdoors and doing physical work
    • Valid drivers license with clean driving record (company vehicle provided)
    • Open to a background check

    Preferred Qualifications **not required - we provide mentorship and career path opportunities**
    • CPO and/or other industry certifications
