Job summary
The Pharmacy Technician Trainee position is designed for individuals enrolled in the MyMichigan Health Employer-Based Pharmacy Technician Training Program in partnership with Pharmacy Technician University (PTU). This temporary training role provides foundational knowledge, technical skills, and professional behaviors required to safely support the medication-use process under supervision of licensed pharmacists and pharmacy technicians.Responsibilities
- Participate in hands-on training in medication preparation, dispensing, and delivery within hospital inpatient pharmacy.
- Complete PTU didactic modules (100+ hours) and required quizzes assignments final exam.
