• Key Responsibilities:
• Execute merchandising plans to drive sales and improve product visibility.
• Communicate with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
• Maintain high-quality displays to meet customer expectations.
• Order products for shelf and display to meet customer demands and maintain efficient inventory levels.
• Collaborate with sales representatives to execute negotiated plans with store managers and address any issues that may arise.
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches through proactive planning and execution.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the company in-store.

• Requirements:
• Be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver's license.
• Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude, with the ability to work independently and effectively manage time.
• Possess a reliable personal vehicle and maintain adequate insurance coverage.
• Meet physical demands of the job, including repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 pounds, as well as occasional pushing and pulling over 50 pounds.
• Previous retail or grocery experience is an asset.
• Live within a reasonable commuting distance from the primary location (RAWLINS, WY).
