RPA Business Analyst - Rio Blanco, United States - Cynet Systems
Description
Responsibilities:
Around 5 to 8 years of experience as Business Analyst, with at least 3 years of experience as a Business analyst in RPA projects.
Work with cross-functional teams to generate business requirements documentation for the process to be automated that is easily understood by business users and can be shared with RPA solution design and development teams.
Identify the scope, benefits, restrictions, and risks associated with RPA automation projects, as well as capture and document present manual operations.
Develop a detailed end-to-end understanding of processes targeted for automation and identify the impacted processes and business needs in collaboration with the Business Process Owner(s) and Process Excellence Team members.
Skills in creating process maps, flowcharts, and diagrams to visually represent current and future state.
Facilitate requirements-gathering workshops with stakeholders.
Support requirements analysis and formulate specifications for impacted systems.
Deliver critical business analysis artefacts for the design, solution, and execution of medium and large projects, using best practices and techniques.
Work closely with relevant teams internally to ensure alignment and coordination across operations as part of the seamless implementation of RPA processes.
Identify and give support for solution designs for production challenges and enhancements in collaboration with the business and the RPA team.
Adopt Agile delivery methodologies to speed up user feedback cycles and E2E delivery timelines.
RPA Process Analyst Skills:
Proven experience in leading and managing the delivery of system/software development projects in a structured environment.
Understand/exposed to a variety of software development approaches and methodologies including Agile and Waterfall.
Experience in both architecture and implementation-level software design.
Able to influence and drive projects to meet key milestones and overcome challenges.
A desire to remain technically capable and an expert in current technologies.
Ability to work in a team and/or be an effective individual contributor.
