Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (occasional 7 AM start)

Requirements
Active Virginia Pharmacist (RPh) license
Chemo/Hazardous Drug certification
Infusion center experience REQUIRED
They will also consider Home Health Infusion or Inpatient Oncology experience
Strong sterile compounding background (chemo, IVPB, IV push, antineoplastics)
Pharmacotherapy management across GI, hematologic, immunologic, neurologic, oncologic, and rheumatologic conditions
Pyxis & EPIC experience preferred
About the Role
This assignment is based in a busy Outpatient Oncology Infusion Center, working with both hazardous and non-hazardous medications
Responsibilities include:
Chemotherapy preparation
IV compounding (IVPB, IV push)
Pharmacotherapy management
Collaborating with oncology teams
Ensuring safe medication handling and compliance with standards
