We are looking for an experienced licensed New Home Sales Specialist to join our team in the Birmingham metro area.     In this role, you'll make good use of your Real Estate Sales experience to guide potential buyers through the homebuying process. You'll delight in the privilege of assisting families towards finding an affordable home of enduring value. In addition, you'll be able to draw on your highly honed interpersonal and customer service skills to develop trusted and long lasting relationships with our buyers.     What you'll do:

    1. Monitor and analyze data and trends
    2. Assist in determining new home prices, home site premiums and release of home sites
    3. Complete scheduled sales activities:
    4. Track "Home Definition Due" dates per the community Slot Schedule
    5. Complete a Home Definition
    6. Finalize options and Selections as part of the Purchase Agreement
    7. Confirm Homeowner Orientation and Final Loan Approval dates to all parties le)
    8. Ensure community plat board is updated
    9. Document correspondence with Leads, Prospects, Buyers, Realtors and Lenders
    10. Complete and monitor competition studies
    11. Ensure appropriate community signage
    12. Realtor outreach and networking
    13. Implement established marketing campaign
    14. Demonstrate amenities and design features to potential buyers
    15. Maintain records of potential buyers
    16. Monitor the mortgage loan process and provide assistance to stake holders
    17. Communicate website updates to Marketing staff
    18. Participate in Community Builder Meetings
    19. Host Grand Opening and homeowner events
    20. Manage records and inform buyers of Product Development Changes
    21. Maintain pricing on website listing services
    22. Manage FMLS listing

    Minimum Job Requirements:

    Education:

    • High School Diploma

    Licenses:

    • Alabama Real Estate License

    Experience:

    • 3+ years in residential home sales.
    • New home sales experience preferred.

    Computer Skills:

    • Microsoft Office Suite
    • Internet
    • CRM experience
