Job summary
This position involves providing strategic and operational leadership for clinical services across multiple long-term care facilities within an assigned region. The Regional Director of Nursing ensures high-quality resident care, regulatory compliance, clinical excellence, and consistent implementation of organizational policies and best practices.The role requires strong leadership and coaching abilities to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Travel is required regularly throughout the assigned region.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5-7 years of progressive clinical leadership experience in long-term care or post-acute care.
