*As a Staff Nurse in our residential inpatient program, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive nursing care to individuals with substance use disorders, in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. You will be an integral part of providing safe, patient-centric care, ensuring that our patients receive the support and treatment they need for successful recovery.
* *Patient Assessment:

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients with substance use disorders, including medical and mental health evaluations.

* *Patient-

Centered Care:

• Develop individualized care plans, taking into account the unique needs of each patient and their substance use history.

* *Clinical Support:

• Provide direct nursing care, such as wound care, IV therapy, and other medical procedures as necessary.

* *Collaboration:

• Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and behavioral health technicians, to ensure holistic care.

* *Documentation:

• Maintain accurate and timely medical records, including patient assessments, care plans, and progress notes.

* *Previous experience in substance use treatment and addiction medicine is a strong asset.

• Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills.
