    • Expertise in establishing a strong rapport during evaluations
    • Proficiency in developing comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
    • Ability to prescribe appropriate sessions based on the treatment plan, ensuring optimal progress
    • Commitment to promoting patient engagement and adherence to their treatment plans
    • A passion for celebrating patient milestones and achievements upon completion of their plan of care
    • Knowledge of rehabilitation products and ability to recommend suitable options for home exercise routines
    • Proactive approach to professional growth, including meetings with the Clinic Director to discuss accomplishments and challenges
    • Enthusiasm for active participation in training programs to enhance clinical and soft skills
    • Strong desire to establish a personal brand within our practice and contribute to its success
    • Skill in implementing effective caseload management strategies to ensure professional and financial success
    • Engagement in the local community through active participation in various events
    • Practice new and advanced techniques, honing your skills

    Required Competencies:
    • Advanced degree in physical therapy from an APTA-accredited program
    • Membership with the APTA highly encouraged
    • Valid Texas physical therapist license
