The facility maintains willingness to assist with licensing requirements and provides dedicated support for locum tenens clinicians throughout the assignment duration.

About the Clinician's Workday

The psychiatrist will provide comprehensive psychiatric services in a residential treatment facility specializing in behavioral health and addictions.

Clinical duties include performing thorough intake and discharge evaluations for new admissions and departing patients while conducting daily rounds on residents requiring ongoing psychiatric care.

The clinician will work full-time with 40 hours per week during day shift coverage, with flexibility for part-time scheduling at minimum 24 hours weekly.

The position offers potential on-call opportunities and requires board certification in psychiatry with active prescriptive authority for medication management in the residential setting.
