    Position Responsibilities:

    Customer Support & Order Management:
    • Field inbound customer communications, promptly responding to inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
    • Keep customers informed about the status of inquiries and orders.
    • Process customer orders received through various channels, verifying accuracy and completeness of order details.
    • Check inventory availability and allocate items for fulfillment.
    • Initiate fulfillment process, arrange shipment logistics, and provide customers with order tracking information.
    • Issue return authorizations and manage returns, refunds, or replacements.
    • Maintain accurate records in the system for all orders, transactions, and communications.
    Facility Client Services & Sales Support:
    • Conduct outbound calls and reviews of client Electronic Medical Records to update recurring orders for existing patients, ensuring attainment of required documentation for coverage.
    • Manage reoccurring order updates for enteral products, wound care products, ostomy, urological, and trach products, ensuring attainment of required documentation for coverage.
    • Build client relationships and conduct necessary research for uncovering new patients, and insurance coverage opportunities.
    • Assist in preparing quotes, product specs, and other administrative tasks for customers.
    • Manage and update CRM systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
    • Assess and qualify leads, and support sales in moving quotes, orders, and deals forward.

    Qualifications for Success
    • High School Diploma or GED required.
    • Associate or bachelors degree, preferred.
    • 2 5 years of customer service experience highly preferred.
    • Experience in the medical field, a plus.
    • Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid and third-party insurances, a plus.
