    The Accounts Receivable Management (ARM) Division Career Center is looking for a dynamic supervisor to oversee our Collection's New Hire and Veteran Training as well as training for our brand new collections system, Enterprise Data Revenue (EDR) project.

    The Career Center provides exceptional customer service to over 1,300 employees in the ARMDivision.


    The ARM Career Center Supervisor will oversee our training program that provides learning opportunities to the Central and Field Offices.

    You will be responsible to foster an innovative team to develop and provide training for our Personal Income Tax (PIT), Business Entity (BE), and Nontax Debt (NTD) collection programs.

    You will support the team as they develop and provide specialized training as well as advanced collector training classes.

    In addition, you will coordinate the ARM Division's EDR2 team that will be rolling out training to our ARMD staff on the new collections system.


    You will represent the Career Center on enterprise and divisional teams, committees, and within the various business areas that we provide exceptional service to within the division.

    This position is eligible for remote-working within California based on departmental guidelines and operational need.

    Desirable Qualifications

    Knowledge of collection procedures and resources, such asthe Collection Procedure Manual (CPM), the RACK, and the Enterprise Procedure Manual.
    Knowledge and experience of FTB programs, computer systems, and databases (e.g.
    TI, BETS, ARCs, INC, TPF, and CMT, etc.) or similar systems.
    Experience with manual collections, skip scoping, and inventory management.

    Skill to make effective presentations and present complex information in a way that is easy to undersand to external stakeholders, leadership, and/or training groups.

    Proficiency in MS Office products including Outlook, Excel, Word, OneNote, and PowerPoint.
    Lead or Supervisory experience.
