This position will perform a variety of activities to support the implementation of case plan implementation and permanency planning for socially and economically disadvantaged individuals who receive services in the areas of child welfare including child protective services prevention foster care licensing adoption.Acknowledge accompaniment on visits with youth family members transport family members report observations participate team decision meetings pre-placement conferences interview engage relatives prospective adoptive parents assist home study supervise parent-youth sibling relative potential adoptive relative visitations observe interactions intercede incidents/observations report Services Specialist see instructions attaching files here #MDHHSjobs #Veteranfriendly #Careerswithpurpose CommunityHeroes
