Charleston Consolidated Accounting OfficeLocation: 5965 Core Rd, STE 602/603, North Charleston, South Carolina 29406 Summary: To organize accounting records in an efficient manner enabling easy and quick retrieval.
Files within appropriate file system all dealership forms, records, reports, correspondence, or other important material Keeps records of material removed from files Participates in required training Complies with Company policies and procedures Observes all Federal, State, Local and Company safety rules and regulations in the performance of duties.

Automotive Desired Work Experience:
Previous Office or Administrative experience desired
Computer Skills:
Basic Computer skills to utilize timekeeping system. Scheduled shifts may include evening hours, weekends, and some holidays. Duties are performed primarily at a desk or file room in an office setting. Work includes a substantial amount of administrative duties and frequent interactions with employees, management, and outside vendors.
