- Perform onsite inspections to monitor shipping contractor's performance during packing of household goods.
- Process inbound/outbound inspection data utilizing automated systems such as Transportation Operations Property System (TOPS), Defense Personal Property System (DPS).
- Utilize automated systems to produce correspondence such as inspections reports, deficiency reports etc.
- Recommend corrective actions when contractor deficiencies such as improper packing and/or loading are encountered.
