    **Description**

    Pick up BEO forms from the Director of Banquets/Banquet Captain.

    Read BEO and determine equipment required.

    Prepare side station and maintain neeat and well-organized stations.

    Gather the proper amount of silverware, chinaware and glassware as needed.

    Set and Prepare Coffee and Iced Tea Service Station.

    Polish Silver.

    Make sure tables are uniform and set to standard.

    Inspect linen for holes, rips, stains and tears.
