We're looking for an energetic highly motivated individual to fill the position of Senior Branch Manager in Manhattan KS The Senior Branch Manager oversees the Markets growth and profitability as well as all ensure compliance and operational standards are upheld They are responsible for developing and implementing a sales plan and profit plan for the Market setting individual and unit goals that support the corporate goals providing leadership in achieving these goals analyzing performance results for the Branch/Marke The role includes leading supervising staff ensuring written performance plans are developed training employees conducting regular meetings with them reviewing their performance against objectives preparing conducting written performance reviews working flexible hours maintaining highly qualified staff at the branch ensuring legendary customer service standard is upheld across the market adhering to all customer service non-negotiables planning assigning daily goals tasks assignments assuring proper completion follow-up performing duties of Associate Manager Banker II or Banker I monitoring management office tasks including CTR optical reports NSF Teller cash errors FTE levels payroll adhering to company policies procedures acting as branch security representative enforcing Security Policy partnering departments building working relationships markets/lines businesses ensuring open two way communication chain command
