- System configurations and documentation of new networks.
- Maintaining and performing upgrade to software as required.
- Help manage and support global locations Campuses, data centers etc.) with Firewalls, Network and System administration.
- Monitor system performance and implement performance tuning.
- Provide tier 3 and 4 support.
- Perform hardware / software upgrades and replacements on existing systems.
- Strong IT background in Networking and Systems.
- Previously owned the design of the entire network and built the network up from the ground.
- Expertise in implementing, administering, and troubleshooting network infrastructure devices, including firewalls, routers, switches, wireless access points, and monitoring applications.
- Acquiring computer systems, integrating firewalls, and configuration of equipment.
- Good understanding of all Layer 2 and 3 protocols.
- Maintain network security through proper configuration of VPN and Firewalls.
- Hands-on technical experience working with VPN technologies (IPSEC, SSL VPN, AnyConnect, DMVPN, etc.).
- Cybersecurity experience.
- Kubernetes is a desirable skillset.
- Industry certifications including the following preferred: CompTIA Network+, Security+, SySA+, CCNA, CCNP.
