Quality Engineer Intern - Piscataway, United States - Humanscale

Assists with root cause Investigations and implementation of corrective actions
Supports analysis of product defects/customer returns and makes suggestions for product improvements.
Communicates results of incoming inspection, assembly line challenges, defect trends, customer complaints, and/or status of Quality projects/investigations to responsible/interested parties
Assists with technical writing and execution of test/inspection protocols for use during product qualification/acceptance
Provides on-site support during customer/supplier visits to address/identify quality issues
Assists all Quality team personnel as required
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
At least one (1) year into completing degree in Engineering discipline
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Good written and verbal communication skills
Good organization skills
Good problem solving/critical thinking skills
Ability to effectively work within cross-functional teams
Quality experience is a plus
Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus
